Submit a Communication Request

Help us get your information into print by following the below guidelines:

  • The SHS PTSA weekly Spartan Scoop will be sent out on Tuesdays.
  • ******All news must be received the Sunday before the Tuesday newsletter ******.  
  • All news should be SHS related.
  • All articles should be sent ready for print.
  • Articles will run for a maximum of 3 weeks. Please re-submit your article if you want the information to run at a later date.
  • Please include an image to go along with your article.  Instagram requires it.  

Please fill out all information to be considered for the weekly Spartan Scoop and for the PTSA social media platforms.  The Spartan Scoop is published every Tuesday.  Social media will be updated as soon as possible with the understanding that the PTSA attempts to spread out social media blasts.

*Please note that articles that run in the Spartan Scoop will also be added to our PTSA Website as an article.  



If submitting this after Sunday, the communication will not be included in the upcoming Tuesday Spartan Scoop.

Does this request need to be published today? If this is urgent we will do our best to publish on social media. If it is also needed to submit an urgent email blast out to PTSA membership please email communications@shsptsa.com with this request.









Please upload an image (jpg or png) if you are wanting a picture to be displayed on the website or social media.  Instagram has very specific image size requirements (1080 x 1080).  If the image isn't correctly sized for Instagram, it will be posted on Facebook only.  If it is correct, it will be posted on Instagram and Facebook.  PDF's can be used as links only.  If you have a PDF as an image, please save it as a .jpg or .png before submitting!
